THE BEST WAY TO MAKE DECISIONS
J. Kingston Cowart
Difficult times are now upon ustimes which require us to make many important decisions.
Here's the best way to make make them:
Always come down on the side of love and life.
Don't be sidetracked by semantics. Those who love debate more than action often ask: "Exactly what do you mean by that?" They use that question as a tactic for delaying or stifling decision making.
The truth is you already know in your heart what you mean by love and life.
Take a moment to refer to thatthen decide accordingly.
Making decisions that way is a self-perfecting practice. The more we do it, the better we get at it. And never make a decision by just calculating the consequences. They are incalculable in the long run anyway.
Remember that whenever you come down on the side of love and life, existence itself supports your activity because that is its own essential activity as well, based on the natural law of balance and harmony.
Always come down on the side of love and life. It's simple. It's powerful. It's the right thing to do.
And, especially in these challenging and turbulent times, it's also a relief.
JOIN THE CENTER CIRCLE
It's easy. Every Wednesday for a few minutes between 10:00 and Noon sit down and turn inward - through prayer, meditation, self-hypnosis or any modality you choose - and send out good thoughts to everyone else in the circle.
I'll be there. How about you?
